Our Policy

Thank you for choosing QBL for your beauty needs. To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, we have a general policy that we ask all customers to follow.

Appointment

To ensure we can accommodate your schedule and provide the best possible service, we strongly recommend that you book your appointment in advance, either by phone or online. This allows us to reserve a specific time slot just for you and ensure you get the attention and care you deserve. While walk-in customers are always welcome, please note that we may not be able to offer immediate service as our schedule may already be full.

Payment Options

At QBL, we offer our clients the flexibility to either pay for their appointments online by credit card or in person at the salon. We understand that our customers may have different preferences, so we strive to accommodate both options.

Reschedule or Cancel

We ask our customers to reschedule or cancel their appointments if they cannot make it at their scheduled time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we appreciate that our customers let us know in advance so we can adjust our schedule accordingly to accommodate other customers.

Late Arrival

At QBL, we value your time and understand that unforeseen circumstances can result in you being late for your appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but please note that if you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment, we may need to change or shorten your service to avoid delaying the customer scheduled after you. We ask that you call us if you are running late so we can assess the situation and make any necessary adjustments. Please note that you will be charged the full service price even if the appointment is shortened.

No-Show

We encourage our customers to reschedule or cancel their appointments as soon as possible. If a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment twice in a row without notice, we require them to pay online at the time of booking their next appointment. This policy is to ensure that our salon can continue to serve all of our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Nail Art Request

At our salon, we love to help bring your unique nail art visions to life! To request a specific nail design, please send us an email at office@QBL.at and include a photo of the desired design. Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly with an estimate of pricing and availability. We pride ourselves on providing personalized, high-quality service, and we can't wait to create a stunning nail art look just for you.

Rights to Refuse Service

Our salon and staff have the rights to refuse service to anyone who is behaving inappropriately, intoxicated, or whose medical condition could affect the impact of service, the safety and well-being of others.

Satisfaction

At QBL, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know immediately during your treatment or within 24 hours after the treatment. We strive to satisfy our customers and we will do everything we can to solve any problems that arise. We ask that you first raise concerns constructively and reasonably, either by email or phone, before leaving negative feedback on social media. We guarantee that we will make any necessary corrections and accept full responsibility for any errors on our part.
